Avocado Fries

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. ranch, divided
Juice of 1/2 lime
3 avocados, sliced
1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl, stir together 1/4 cup ranch dressing and lime juice.
Dip each avocado slice in ranch mixture, then in panko, coating all over. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Season avocado fries with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Mix remaining ranch with hot sauce for dipping and serve.
