We vet our vendors through our Vendor Approval Program that helps to ensure the safety of the product before it comes to our door. Inventory is tracked and managed through our Warehouse Management System and through COOL (Country of Origin Labeling) that aids in tractability and transparency. In the event of a recall, our Food Safety team is on call 24/7 to manage and communicate issues or product information to our customers. Our facilities are regularly inspected by a 3rd Party Pest Control Program and our employees are continuously trained for all hygiene and sanitation practices.
